Dr. Paul A. Frascella, D.O. of TLC Laser Eye Centers – Indianapolis is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology. Additionally, he has been a practicing general Ophthalmologist since 1994. In 1997, Dr. Frascella performed his first LASIK procedure and had his own LASIK treatment in 1999.
In his spare time, Dr. Frascella likes to remain active. He is into health and fitness and enjoys taking classes at Orange Theory. He is an avid traveler and urban trekker and likes cooking and entertaining. He has recently developed a fascination with the magic sous vide and barbeque.

Dr. Frascella completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Ursinus College before heading to Villanova University for his Master’s Degree in Biology. He then went on to earn his D.O degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his internship at Atlantic City Medical Center, he continued on to Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine – Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio for his residency training.
