Dr. Kevin Clark of TLC Laser Eye Centers – Pittsburgh, PA, specializes in laser vision correction and cataract surgery and has performed more than 20,000 procedures. Dr. Clark is board-certified and has been involved with refractive surgery and proudly serving the Pittsburgh community since 1989. He is the president of Ophthalmology Associates of Osborne, a five-office practice consisting of three ophthalmologists and an optometrist.

Dr. Clark studied at Carnegie-Mellon University, Duquesne University, the Institute of European Studies, the University of Haute-Bretagne in France, and graduated with a quadruple major from the University of Pittsburgh. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine and additional cornea and refractive surgery training in St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Houston and Hershey.

In addition to having taught at the University of Pittsburgh, Robert Morris University, Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine, Tidewater Ophthalmic Personnel, and the Pittsburgh Ophthalmology Society, Dr. Clark performed research in the early 1980’s on the excimer lasers used in refractive surgery today and presented corneal research results in the early 1990’s at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology. He is currently the translator for the prestigious French Journal of Ophthalmology and a member of the World Doctors Orchestra and World Civic Orchestra, having performed concerts in Cleveland, New York, Taipei, Beijing and Shanghai to raise funds for medical charities.
