Quintin Griffin, former Oklahoma football star and current NFL running back, had his vision correction procedure performed by Dr. Brad Britton at TLC Oklahoma City in February 2004. Quintin was a longtime contact lens wearer and when asked about his new vision he replied with "We are blessed to have this type of technology available."

Beginning his third season as a pro. Skated in a team record 47 games with Oklahoma City last season, posting a 29-12-5 mark, 2.61 goals against average and .912 saves percentage. Appeared in 17 games during his rookie season with the San Diego Gulls of the West Coast Hockey League. Posted a 5-4-0 record, 3.34 goals against average and .893 saves percentage. A four-year starter at Providence College. Named Team Most Valuable Player and to the Hockey East All Freshman Team in his first season. Prior to attending college, he played with the Weyburn Red Wings of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, winning two SJHL postseason titles with that club.

Beginning his 8th season as a professional and fifth straight with a team in the CHL. Finished second on the team in scoring with 82 points (23-59-82). His 59 assists led the CHL in helpers. Played with the San Antonio Iguanas during the 2001-02 season, leading the team in scoring with 77 points (29-48-77). Played in the 2002 CHL All-Star Game. Played a total of nine games with the Utah Grizzlies during the 2001-02 campaign. Played two seasons with the Topeka ScareCrows from 1999-01, serving as team captain for those two seasons. Has been called up to play at the IHL or AHL level in six of his seven seasons as a professional.
